  • Dissemination: to give knowledge of personal data, in any form, to indeterminate subjects ;
  • Purpose: the purpose for which the services are carried out;
  • Data subject: the natural person to whom the personal data refers;
  • Profiling: any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements;
  • rProcessor: the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
  • Data Protection Officer: the apical subject in possession of adequate technical / regulatory knowledge able to provide the Data Controller and the subjects involved in the processing with adequate assistance in fulfilling the obligations deriving from the legislation in question as well as to carry out the impact assessments of the treatments envisaged on the protection of personal data;
  • Controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria applicable to its designation may be established by Union or Member State law;
  • Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction;

3. Processing and purposes

Personal data, with reference also to data of a sensitive or judicial nature, will involve collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, extraction, consultation, use, communication, comparison or interconnection, cancellation, destruction in the normal course of the activities provided by the Company for the purposes set out below:

  1. Purposes related to the execution of obligations deriving from contracts stipulated with the Company. These activities are aimed at customers and the network responsible for employees and are carried out in a restricted area of the site;
  2. purposes related to collecting useful contacts to directly deepen and enhance commercial offers to the interested party relating to the products marketed by the Company;

The profiling activities carried out are solely subservient to the execution and conclusion of the contact activities illustrated in point 3 of this statement.

5. Communication and dissemination of data

No form of dissemination of the collected data is foreseen. Personal data processed for the aforementioned purposes may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:

  • internal subjects of the Company in charge of the aforementioned processing;
  • other corporate functions or external subjects of an ancillary or instrumental nature, subjects involved in tax, financial, legal, IT, data retention, auditing and certification of financial statements;
  • subjects appointed by measures of the Authorities to collect data for statistical, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism purposes.

In relation to the purposes described, the use of personal data is limited only to the data necessary for the conclusion and management of the treatments provided for in this statement.The processing takes place through manual processing and electronic or automated tools, according to processing and storage logics strictly related to the purposes themselves or dictated by laws and provisions of the Authorities and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data against the risks of improper access and disclosure as well as their destruction upon termination of the purpose, without prejudice to any conservation obligations deriving from regulatory indications or from the Authorities.
